These Christmas ornaments are handmade from recycled glass. The pebbled appearance of the glass is created by tiny pieces of silver metal that appear into the molten glass. The silver metal foil spreads out on the glass while it is blown, which make it look like there are small pieces of stone in the glass. Hence the name 'pebbled'. For these ornaments double-layered glass is used. This creates unevenness and makes each Christmas ornament completely unique.
